Bon Voyage Eric & Stacy!

Stacy and Eric are on a Carnival Cruise ship that is setting sail to the Caribbean. Their family and close friends are celebrating with them as they said their “I Do’s” on a weeklong cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, The Grand Cayman Islands, and Jamaica. I myself have been on these exact same cruise years ago and let me tell you, it is fun! Loved every minute of it (minus swimming with the sting rays… loved swimming with the dolphins, but sting rays awe….not so much!) so to get married on this cruise ship will even be more special for Stacy & Eric!

And, a little bit about the couple:

Eric and Stacy met in the fall of 2001 and have been friends ever since. Eric caught Stacy completely by surprise when they were on a Caribbean cruise with her entire family in June 2010 when after dinner, the headwaiter had brought Stacy a “special” dessert. After everybody at the table had been served their dessert, the waiter brought to Stacy her dessert, which was hidden by a silver dome cover over the plate. She was then handed a single red rose and once the waiter had removed the cover, she saw a beautifully wrapped little box with a white bow. At that moment, she knew what it was as her eyes started to tear up. Eric then got down on one knee in front of her entire family AND the rest of the people who were having dinner in the formal dining room. Eric then asked Stacy if she would do him the honor of marrying him and becoming his wife. Of course she said yes and it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of her entire life.

Stacy contacted me to take photos of her in her wedding gown before the big day as her sisters were flying in for a long weekend to celebrate her bridal shower and bachelorette party. We headed off to Carillon Point in Kirkland with her two sisters, Thuy, and Tien and very good friend Ngoc in their bridal party and had fun with a photo shoot before the big day. Lui made all of the bouquets, and they were just so perfect and so beautiful! The bride looked gorgeous along with her girls in their bright yellow floor length dresses. They then changed into another outfit for more photos! We all had a great time and these gorgeous girls were so much fun to work with!

And a few of my favs as I have been very excited to share these, however I had to post these up until now so the Groom wouldn’t see them!

Congrats to you both as I know you are having the time of your lives celebrating with your family and close friends! Bon Voyage!

Cheers, Rachelle
